Ms. Lazarre has extensive experience in the realm of accounting and taxation, audit and assurance, financial and management consulting. Ms. Lazarre is the managing partner of TriMerge and oversees all aspects of the firm's administration, the day-to-day operations of the Miami office while also providing support to clients' engagement. Her primary duties include the continued development of business opportunities, the refinement of staff capabilities and the assurance of customer satisfaction.
Ms. Lazarre started her career with the Audit and Assurance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Miami, Florida. After departing (PwC), Ms. Lazarre continued her professional career with other local public accounting firms and the private sector which provided the opportunity to further gain a wealth of experience in accounting, audit, taxation, business and financial management. In 2003 Ms. Lazarre co-founded TriMerge Consulting Group. Throughout her career, Ms. Lazarre has managed and performed numerous reviews of internal controls and has assisted clients with the remediation of deficiencies in the financial management processes. Ms. Lazarre has provided support to many organizations in the for-profit and nonprofit sector in a multitude of industries. Ms. Lazarre is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and real estate professional in the state of Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University, a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami and is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
